Cancellation Policy
Things come up — I totally get it! If you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to do so ahead of time to avoid fees:
🔸 Cancel under 24 hours – A 50% cancellation fee will be charged and will not be refunded.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will be marked as a no show.
No-call/no-shows may be charged 100% and may lose the ability to book in the future.
Deposits are non refundable.
