Things come up — I totally get it! If you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to do so ahead of time to avoid fees: 🔸 Cancel under 24 hours – A 60% cancellation fee will be charged. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, a $10 late fee will be added, plus $1 for each additional minute beyond the 10-minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minutes late and haven’t contacted me, you will be marked as a no show. No-call/no-shows may be charged 100% and may lose the ability to book in the future. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment and have contacted me, your appointment is no longer guaranteed and may be canceled. If we proceed, we may need to adjust your service to something that can be completed within the remaining time. Deposits are non refundable.
